Improvements/Changes

Disallow user from drawing in a planar annotation layer while in cross-section view. Disallow changing drawing layers while editing an object.
Added support for uploading GIS imagery (ortho) datasets in zip files.
The company point clouds map can now display the point clouds filtered by a collection (if show collections is active). This means the displayed map tiles now always match the query results.
Mouse coordinates now show the object pick type as a prefix. Non-georeferenced coordinates use XYZ rather than ENH in the display.
Significantly improved performance/scalability of POI loading and display.
Compute and display surface area and perimeter information for drawing tool polygon objects.

The poles and wires KML and GeoJSON reports now include the pole IDs and attributes for each span.
Support for bulk assigning attributes and editing the attribute schema while in multi-user editing mode for P&W.

Added reporting tab to selected pole view, with initial option to export pole data into a Poleforeman JSON file.
When publishing a new version of a dataset, UE now retains any data that was added to poles in the previous version (e.g. notes). It will also mark (and retain) deleted poles with an "Orphaned" attribute.

Selecting a pole while height filters are applied could cause Utility Explorer to be unresponsive.
Fixed an issue with GIS imagery created by ContextCapture causing no input files to appear.
Fixed issue when 360 photo markers would initially all draw in top-left corner until the photo was moved.
