Added reporting tab to selected pole view, with initial option to export pole data into a Poleforeman JSON file.
When publishing a new version of a dataset, UE now retains any data that was added to poles in the previous version (e.g. notes). It will also mark (and retain) deleted poles with an "Orphaned" attribute.
Bug Fixes
Selecting a pole while height filters are applied could cause Utility Explorer to be unresponsive.
Fixed an issue with GIS imagery created by ContextCapture causing no input files to appear.
Fixed issue when 360 photo markers would initially all draw in top-left corner until the photo was moved.
