Managing Share Links

You can mange share links that were created by navigating to the Sharing page.

Share Links

This view provides a quick look overview of the sharelink, which include:

• Project Name/Collection

• Feature Flags (editing, downloading, etc.)

• Created on and Created by

• Notes

• Expiry

See the Link Status drop down list to change between active and inactive.

Edit share link properties

When selecting a share link you can make the following changes:

• Add Notes

• Set am expiry

• Send email invitations

• Grant permissions

• Enable/disable security

• Change the project

• Deactivate
