Managing Share Links

You can mange share links that were created by navigating to the Sharing page.

Here you can see details of the sharing such as:

• Feature Flags (editing, downloading, etc.)
• Project Name
• Created by
• Created on
• Notes
• Expiry
• Number of views

You can also see a list of Inactive share links and Embedded links.

Edit share link properties

When selecting a share link you can make the following changes:

• Change the project that the share link references too.
• Add notes
• Choose an expiry
• Allow guest exports
• Allow editing
• Require account to view
• Add password protection
• Deactivate the link
