Release Notes - 20th November 2024
New Features
New Layout Modes
The Viewer now supports displaying multiple datasets simultaneously by splitting the viewing window into two or three sections. You can, for instance, view a 3D model, a photo gallery, and a 360-degree panorama all at the same time. Currently, the arrangement of these views is preset based on the dataset type you open. For example, clicking a 360-degree photo marker on the map will automatically display both the map and the 360-degree viewer. Similarly, selecting the same marker in the 3D view will show the 3D and 360-degree photo viewers together. We plan to introduce more flexible layout options in future updates to allow for customized viewer arrangements.
Additionally, when the 3D viewer is active, you will still have access to the left panel. Now, when you save a bookmark, it preserves the layout and state of all viewers. This enhancement lets you set and share default views for projects or specific links, whether they're for viewing a 360 image, a scan view, or a photograph.
