How do I permanently delete a point cloud from the viewer?

When you no longer need to have live access to a point cloud, or you want to free up space in your storage quota, you can either move the point cloud into your archive area (assuming your subscription has archiving enabled), or you can choose to permanently delete it.

If you want to permanently delete a point cloud (note that this cannot be undone), then you can do either do this from the Actions menu on the viewer page, or you can do it via your company point cloud management page in the active, archived or vaulted area.

Deleting a point cloud with the viewer Action menu

Open the point cloud that you wish to delete in the 3D viewer, and then click on the Action menu (just below the 3D viewing area), as shown below

Select the Delete this point cloud action, and then confirm the action when the confirmation dialog is shown.

Your point cloud, and associated data will now be permanently deleted from your account.
