How do I resume a point cloud upload?
If you encounter an unexpected technical issue that causes your upload to be interupted, it can be resumed. Navigate to the Jobs tab and select the job, the status will display Uploading. At the top of the job processing page there will be a Resume file upload button.
A list of files that have already been uploaded as well as what is missing will be shown in section 1.
Notes:
- If you cannot see your job listed then you will need to perform a new upload.
- If you have a single large file that does continously fail to upload, then please consult your IT and you can lodge a support ticket where we will be happy to assist.
